Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
How do credits work?
Every metered action — uploading pages, asking AI questions, running playbook reviews — costs a number of credits. You get a monthly allowance with your plan; once that's exhausted, any purchased credit packs are drawn down automatically.
Why are reviews priced per page?
A 100-page MSA review is genuinely ~10x the LLM work of a 5-page NDA. Charging a flat rate would either subsidise heavy users or punish light ones. Per-page pricing keeps it fair.
What happens when I exceed my limits?
When you exhaust your monthly credit allowance, any purchased credit packs are used automatically. If you have no remaining credits, you'll be prompted to purchase a pack or upgrade your plan. Existing contracts remain fully accessible.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gives you two months free. You're charged for ten months instead of twelve. Toggle the billing period above to see annual prices.
